This May, I’m lacing up my sneakers and hitting the pavement for something close to my heart.
I’m running in support of the IWK—the incredible children’s hospital in Halifax that has provided above-and-beyond care to so many families, including ours. My youngest, Amelia, has benefited from their outstanding support, and I want to give back in a way that honors all three of my kids—Payton, Amelia, and Colton.
That’s why I’ve started a team called PAC-ers—because this run is for them, and for every child who needs care, comfort, and hope.
