This May, I'm taking on a 31 day running challenge in support of my local children's hospital!

Every day, over 5,000 children receive care at a children’s hospital in Canada and by supporting me, you’ll be helping fund life-saving research at your own local children’s hospital. Funds for research are needed now more than ever, and your support will allow researchers to uncover new cures and gentler treatments for kids.

Show your support by donating now!

I've raised since for my local children's hospital.

Running the Seawall for a Million Reasons

Friday 15th May

We’re so lucky to live in such a beautiful place. Our team gathered for our second group run along the seawall, and it felt great to be out together. The cool weather made for perfect running conditions, and everyone agreed that these runs are a wonderful way to take a much-needed break from sitting at a desk and enjoy some fresh air.

Today was Max the Match Day, sponsored by The Brick, when every donation was doubled. After sending out a flurry of emails and texts, the support started pouring in. By the end of the day, I had reached more than halfway to my fundraising goal thanks to the generosity of friends, family, and co-workers.

I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has donated so far. Every dollar helps fund life-saving research at BC Children’s Hospital and supports healthier futures for kids across Canada.

Thank you to my donors
