A Million Reasons to Run: Dr. Adrienne Cascioli’s 31-Day Challenge for McMaster Children’s Hospital
Every step counts when it’s for something bigger than ourselves. This May, I'm lacing up my runners and leading by example with a powerful mission: to raise funds and awareness for McMaster Children’s Hospital — a place close to my heart and central to the care of so many of the families I support in my pediatric chiropractic practice.
As part of the Million Reasons Run, I am taking on a 31-day running challenge, dedicating every kilometer to the children, families, and care providers who rely on McMaster Children’s Hospital. And I'm not doing it alone — I invite you - my entire community of patients, parents, and supporters to join me, whether it’s through running, walking, fundraising, or simply cheering from the sidelines. From newborns with medical need to children undergoing life-changing surgeries, this hospital is a lifeline. Running is a small way I can give back to a place that gives so much.
