On the Move for Emmy

Friday 3rd May
Last night I had a meeting in the University District. I chose to park a few km away and walk to the Alt Hotel. I’m so glad I did. Not only did it allow me to train but I also witnessed some amazing things I wouldn’t have noticed if I didn’t slow down to smell the roses- thanks Emmy for helping me notice the beauty of my day

Happy Easter everyone. Yesterday as I sat at church celebrating with my Southwinds family, pastor Bo told a story of Winston Churchill's funeral. Training has officially started

Spring break started yesterday at 4 pm and Erin and June did their first training walk at 6pm.
