This May, I'm taking on a 31 day running challenge in support of my local children's hospital!
As someone who has personally received care at Jim Pattison Children's Hospital, I can truly say it was the best experience I could have ever asked for.
That experience was made possible because someone chose to give.
Today, I stand here because of that generosity and now, I want to pay it forward. My hope is that every child in Canada can have access to the same level of care, compassion, and excellence.
This fundraiser will go directly toward research and funding for the hospital, helping to improve care and save lives.
So many times, we see fundraisers created after a loss. While they are meaningful, they cannot bring a loved one back. That’s why this cause means so much to me this is about saving lives before it’s too late.
Even saving just one child matters. And through that one life, many more can be impacted.
