This May, I'm taking on a 31 day running challenge in support of my local children's hospital!
Every day, over 5,000 children receive care at a children’s hospital in Canada and by supporting me, you’ll be helping fund life-saving research at your own local children’s hospital. Funds for research are needed now more than ever, and your support will allow researchers to uncover new cures and gentler treatments for kids.

Monday 25th May To the beloved souls that supported me on this challenge, and continued to be part of this past years journey. It has meant so much to me and my familia. I am overjoyed to have reached my personal running challenge and fundraising goal. GRACIAS, THANK YOU, MERCI! ShareRunning for Our Little Champion
Friday 20th MarOver the past year, our family faced an unexpected health crisis when our son developed a complication from meningitis. He was admitted to critical intensive care, where he required constant monitoring and the expertise of many specialists. Neurologists, immunologists, ENT and hearing specialists, as well as physical and occupational therapists all worked together to support his recovery.
He spent several months in the hospital, first receiving critical care at a hospital equipped with the specialists needed during the initial crisis before being transferred to CHU Sainte-Justine for specialized pediatric treatment. It was a long and difficult road, and there were many days when we barely had the strength to keep going. But the dedication, compassion, and communication from the nurses and doctors, along with the support of family and friends, carried us through. We were fortunate to meet so many members of the medical staff who showed the human side of care, encouraging our son’s progress along the way. We are deeply grateful to them and hope, in our own small way, to support their programs and facilities through this fundraiser.
Our little champion showed incredible resilience and a strong will to fight, facing each day with a strength that amazed us. Today, he is home and continues his follow-up care with ongoing support as he keeps getting stronger.
In support of the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation, I have committed to running 75 km during the month of May.
Running is my way of giving back to the people who helped our son and stood beside our family during one of the most difficult moments of our lives. If you are able to contribute, your donation will help ensure that other children and families facing difficult moments can receive the same exceptional care and support that continues to help our son.
Thank you for helping make that possible.
