Wednesday 6th May 6 days inWith the exception of Monday's calf muscle injury it's been good so far.
Need a little catch up this week but should be back on track soon.
Need to get a couple longer runs in to build on some rest days or this is going to get really tough in a few days
Still staying motivated to do something difficult to help the kids
