My Connection to MacKids
Saturday 11th AprAs many of my friends and family members know, if it wasn't for MacKids being there when I was 4 years old I wouldn't be as fortunate to be around or as I am today.
I am forever grateful for Mackids and the role they played in my life from the very beginning after I was involved in a car accident, suffering a catastrophic head injury at such a young age. They were there every step of the way to make sure I was on the best track possible for healing.
Whenever the opportunity presents itself I always make sure to donate to MacKids as my own little way to give back to them. This May I have set a fundraiser goal of raising $3,000 for them as I run 30km's over the course of the month! Every donation towards this goal is going to a great cause!
Please help me raise $100/km and give back to the hospital that was a game changer for my life!
