This May, I'm taking on a 31 day running challenge in support of the Montreal Children's Hospitals in honour of my brother Shayne

hey everyone! once again this may, i've decided to participate in the Million Reasons Run to raise funds for children's hospitals nationwide in memory of my older brother shayne! i want to give back to the Montreal Children's Hospital for the fantastic care Shayne received there during his childhood. Every day, over 5,000 children receive care at a children's hospital in Canada and by supporting me, you'll be helping fund life-saving research at our local children's hospital. funds for research are needed now more than ever, and your support will allow researchers to uncover new cures and gentler treatments for kids across Canada.

in the past 2 years, we have raised a mind-blowing $11,177 for our local children's hospitals! despite juggling school, multiple jobs, and the impending stress of going away to university in the fall, i've personally set ambitious goals for myself: a running target of 50km and a fundraising objective of $2500 just because shayner would've turned 25 years old this year and i thought it would be a fun way to honour him.

all donations help fund life-saving research at your local children's hospitals. from rare diseases to everyday illnesses, research is the first essential step for every kid in Canada to be healthier, which is why EVERY DOLLAR RAISED MATTERS! let's keep it going and continue to raise funds for children's hospitals nationwide!

this one's for you shayner! and i hope we're making you proud up there! we love and miss you always and forever!
