This May, I'm taking on a 31 day running challenge in support of my local children's hospital!
Every day, over 5,000 children receive care at a children’s hospital in Canada and by supporting me, you’ll be helping fund life-saving research at your own local children’s hospital. Funds for research are needed now more than ever, and your support will allow researchers to uncover new cures and gentler treatments for kids.

Running for who matters
Friday 1st MayI’m running in the Million Reasons Run 🏃♀️
I’m doing it to support someone close to me. They’re going through a lot, and this is my way of showing up for them, and because no one should have to face things alone, and everyone deserves support when they need it.
If you can donate or share, it would mean a lot to me.
Every little bit helps, thank you ❤️
ShareWhy Ever Reason Matters
Sunday 15th MarEvery run begins with a reason. Some run for health, some for peace of mind, and some simply for the love of the road ahead. But this journey is different. The Million Reasons Run is about running for something far bigger than a finish line.
This run is dedicated to supporting Children’s Hospitals across Canada; places where courage is seen every single day.
In these hospitals, children face challenges that most of us can hardly imagine. Yet despite the treatments, the uncertainty, and the long days, they continue to show incredible strength and resilience. They remind us what true bravery looks like.
The Million Reasons Run was created to raise awareness and support for these children and the hospitals that care for them. Every kilometre represents hope. Every step represents a child fighting, healing, and believing in tomorrow.
There truly are a million reasons to run, and every child in a hospital bed is one of them.
Through this blog, I’ll share the journey behind the run: the training, the difficult days, the small victories, and the powerful stories that inspire every mile forward. This isn’t just about running long distances. It’s about carrying a purpose with every step.
If this run can help shine even a small light on the incredible work happening inside Canada’s children’s hospitals, then every mile will be worth it.
Thank you for being part of the journey.
Because when we run for children, every step means something.
