This May, I'm taking on a 31 day running challenge in support of my local children's hospital!
Every day, over 5,000 children receive care at a children’s hospital in Canada and by supporting me, you’ll be helping fund life-saving research at your own local children’s hospital. Funds for research are needed now more than ever, and your support will allow researchers to uncover new cures and gentler treatments for children.

Mother’s Day Run 💙
Sunday 10th May
Day 1 Starts tomorrow!
Thursday 30th Apr
May 1st kicks off my month of running for Million Reasons—and this one feels personal in every way.
Asher and Tate’s start in the NICU changed everything for us. It’s something you carry with you—the fear, the hope, and the overwhelming gratitude for the people who got your family through it.
So this month, I run with that in mind.
Every kilometer is for families who are still living those long days and nights at the hospital. Every step is a small way to give back to the teams who care for them.
If you’re able to support, I’d be incredibly grateful:
• Make a donation
• Or just check in and keep me accountable
I’m running for Asher and Tate.
For families still waiting for their moment to bring their babies home.
And for the people who make those moments possible. Share
Running for a Million Reasons
Sunday 19th Apr
This May, I’m taking part in the Million Reasons Run — a monthly challenge that brings people together to move with purpose and raise funds for children’s hospitals across Canada.
This challenge is about more than just logging kilometers. As many of you know, Asher and Tate were born prematurely and spent their first six weeks in the NICU. Those early days were filled with uncertainty, fear, and a whole lot of hope. It’s hard to put into words what it feels like to leave the hospital each night without your babies, trusting that they are in the very best hands.
And they truly were.
We are beyond thankful for the skilled, compassionate healthcare professionals who cared for our boys during that time. The nurses, doctors, and specialists didn’t just provide medical care — they supported us as a family, answered our endless questions, and celebrated every small milestone right alongside us.
Because of them, Asher and Tate were able to grow stronger each day. After six weeks, we brought home two healthy, thriving, happy little boys — something we will never take for granted.
That experience is why this run matters.
Every kilometer I run this month is for families currently sitting bedside, holding their children's hands, and hoping for a positive outcome we were so fortunate to have. It’s for the healthcare teams who dedicate their lives to caring for these children. And it’s for the hospitals that make these stories possible.
If you’re able, I would love your support — whether that’s through a donation, sharing this post, or even joining the challenge yourself. Every bit helps make a difference.
This May, I’m running for Asher and Tate.
I’m running for the families still in the thick of it.
I’m running out of gratitude.
And I’m running for a million reasons.
