This May, I'm taking on a 31 day running challenge in support of my local children's hospital!

Every day, over 5,000 children receive care at a children’s hospital in Canada and by supporting me, you’ll be helping fund life-saving research at your own local children’s hospital. Funds for research are needed now more than ever, and your support will allow researchers to uncover new cures and gentler treatments for kids.

100 km in May - $1000 for children’s hospitals 🤍

Friday 17th Apr

But this isn’t just a challenge for me…
This one is personal.

I’m a mama of 3, and 2 of my boys, Lincoln & Ryker have a rare chromosome disorder called 15q13.3 microdeletion.

Because of that, we’ve spent more time than I ever imagined in hospital hallways, waiting rooms, and appointments.

genetics.
neurology.
cardiology.
ophthalmology.

And my daughter Bentley has also been seen by pediatric cardiology and genetics.

Every single one of those appointments has been at BC Children’s Hospital.

And I can’t even put into words what that place means to us.

It’s the doctors who take their time. The specialists who actually listen. The care that makes you feel like your kids matter.

When you’re navigating something rare… something unknown…
places like that become more than just a hospital.

They become part of your story.

So this May, I’m running 100km to give back in a small way to a place that has given so much to my family.

If you’ve ever had a child in the hospital or navigated a rare disorder like us… you already know 🤍

So if you feel called to support, donate, or even just share this… it would mean everything to us.

Lets do something good together.
