This May, I'm taking on a 31 day running challenge in support of my local children's hospital!
Every day, over 5,000 children receive care at a children’s hospital in Canada and by supporting me, you’ll be helping fund life-saving research at your own local children’s hospital. Funds for research are needed now more than ever, and your support will allow researchers to uncover new cures and gentler treatments for kids.

Monday 1st JunMy Million Reasons to Run challenge in May is officially complete, and I’m so proud to share how much of a success it was.
I went on 18 runs, covering a total of 78 km, averaging 4.5 km each time. Twelve of those runs were while pushing a stroller, and seven took place in rainy or wet conditions. Through it all, I showed up every day for myself, but also for all the kids who can’t.
I’m incredibly proud of myself, 9 months postpartum, I’ve been able to regain my energy and motivation to complete this challenge. I’m also deeply grateful to share that we raised over $3,300 through this initiative.
I’m extremely thankful for all the donations and encouragement along the way. It truly shows that we still live in a world filled with good people.
Much love, et à l’année prochaine.
