This May, I'm taking on a 31 day running challenge in support of my local children's hospital!

Every day, over 5,000 children receive care at a children’s hospital in Canada, and both of my boys have been this statistic. Both Orval and Charles had to have surgery before the age of two (and Orval again just before he turned three), and both of them received the BEST care at the Stollery Children's Hospital. I will forever be grateful for the care they received, and the support shown to me as a scared mom whose baby was in surgery. 

By supporting me, you’ll be helping fund life-saving research at the Stollery. While I was there over the span of three years (Jan 2021, Feb 2022, May 2023) there were so many improvements being made to the units to make it more welcoming and comfortable for the patients and their families, and I would love to be able to contribute to these improvements. 

 Funds for research are needed now more than ever, and your support will allow researchers to uncover new cures and gentler treatments for kids.
