Why the IWK
Thursday 2nd AprSome of you might be thinking, “IWK isn’t your local children’s hospital”—and you’d be right. I’m incredibly fortunate to live near two outstanding children’s hospitals that provide exceptional care when it’s needed most.
For this challenge, I wanted to shine a light on another incredible organization that supports children and families -including my own across the Maritime provinces.
IWK Health is dedicated to providing high-quality care to women, children, youth, and families across the Maritimes and beyond. Their services span Children’s Health, Mental Health and Addictions, and Women’s and Newborn Health—making a meaningful difference in countless lives every day.
