This May, we're taking on a 31 day running challenge in support of our Sick Kids Hospital
Every day, over 5,000 children receive care at a children’s hospital in Canada and by supporting our team, you’ll be helping fund life-saving research.
We are running to support Sick Kids hospital in Toronto as this hospital is near and dear to our hearts. Our Little boy Rowan was diagnosed with severe hydronephrosis before he was born, and went through many tests and hospital visits to Sick Kids starting immediately after birth. He is now a strong and lively little boy and we worry so much less thanks to his surgery at Sick Kids. Although surgery didn't cure him, his one kidney now functions at about 50%, instead of not functioning at all. We are so grateful for the team Sick Kids who took care of our little boy during a difficult period in our lives. No child should have to go through medical issues, but if they do, Sick Kids is the best place to take care of them. The team of doctors and nurses do an amazing job of taking care of these kids and supporting their families.
