This May, we're taking on a 31 day running challenge in support of BC Children's Hospital!
When I was just 7 months old, I was diagnosed with kidney cancer. One kidney was removed. The other stayed — and I was left with One Out of Two kidneys.
Twenty years later, I turned that story into One Out of Two, an illustrated book tracing the journey of myself and my family through those years with the purpose of inspiring kids and families to keep fighting and be strong.
This team runs in honour of every child currently fighting a battle, and for the families holding their hands through it. Every kilometre we cover and every dollar raised goes to BC Children's Hospital, supporting the kids and families who need it most.
