This May, I'm taking on a 31 day running challenge in support of my local children's hospital!

Every day, over 5,000 children receive care at a children’s hospital in Canada and by supporting me, you’ll be helping fund life-saving research at your own local children’s hospital. Funds for research are needed now more than ever, and your support will allow researchers to uncover new cures and gentler treatments for kids.

Show your support by donating now!

I've raised since for my local children's hospital.

Running with Purpose: Giving Back One Mile at a Time

Friday 25th Apr

I used to run for fitness, for fun, or just to clear my head—but recently, I found a new reason to run: to give back.

When I signed up for this charity run a few years back, I didn’t realize how deeply it would impact me. Every kilometre wasn’t just about reaching the finish line—it was about raising awareness, supporting a cause, and standing in solidarity with those who need help most. Whether it’s funding research or supporting families, this run became more than a physical challenge—it became a mission.

Every time I lace up my shoes, I remember who Im running for—and that is what keeps me going.

How you can help:

I’m starting to collect donations, and every dollar makes a difference. If you’re able, please consider contributing to this cause—it could provide critical resources, fund life-changing programs or offer hope to someone who truly needs it.

No amount is too small, and sharing this message on any social media platform and including the link to my page is just as powerful.

Thank you to everyone who supported, donated, and encouraged me along the way. Your kindness will help turn steps into support and sweat into change.

This isn’t the end—it’s just the beginning. Here’s to more miles, more purpose, and more heart.

Thank you to my donors
