Welcome to Heart & Sole – Montreal! 💛👟
Since May 2022, I’ve laced up for the Million Reasons Run—and for me, it’s always been for Shayne. For the past 3 years, I've done this run alone, carrying his memory with every step. But I know Shayne would've wanted EVERYONE to be part of something bigger. So this year, I decided to do something different. Our team is a little bigger, a little louder, and filled with even more heart. Everyone on this team has their reason to run—because truly, everyone has a reason.
Whether it’s for a sibling, a friend, a child we’ve never met, or simply for the incredible care every kid deserves, we’re running with purpose. Together, we’re proud to be raising funds for the Montreal Children’s Hospital—a place that means so much to us.
