In honour of Matthias

Thursday 1st May
This May, I’m running in honour of my sweet son, Matthias — my brave 4-year-old angel who passed away in March 2022 after a courageous battle with leukemia. Throughout his journey, Matthias received incredible care at SickKids, where the doctors, nurses, and staff became a source of hope, strength, and compassion for our family.

This fundraiser is my way of giving back — to honour Matthias’s memory and to support SickKids in their mission to help children and families facing the toughest battles. Every step I take, and every dollar raised, is in honour of the love, courage, and light Matthias brought into the world.
